A good friend once told me that Abs are maintained in the kitchen.... It's true... when I make poor food choices I can see it in my abs!

I weigh myself dailly to keep myself on track... I belive this also goes hand in hand with a food/excercise journal to be able to explain the fluctuations in the number on the scale..
