Hey Team, I overate yesterday and I usually do on the weekends. I’m sure I usually am 2,000 calories over because I haven’t been logging my food in a long time. I could’ve easily “not” entered what I ate but, then later on wondering ‘why I’m not losing the weight’. I’ve got to be more mindful and honest with myself.

That’s still a good thing. Yoga pants are much more comfortable than jeans anyway, so get you some good ones 😉

When I go to the gym I wear mascara and lip gloss. I like being able to look in the mirror after sweating and still look good; I find that sometimes if I look worn out after the gym it gives me less motivation than when I have that "after work-out" glow.
