Hey Everyone! I weighed myself this morning, got excited...then I completely forgot what the scale said (inserts eye roll). I have a Withings scale however, it takes awhile for it to sync anything (es lento a veces - it is slow sometimes). So hopefully my photogenic memory kicks in or the stupid scale syncs to every device…

I have been waking up at 4:30AM to get to the gym by 5AM and sometimes I make it at 5AM and other times I get there at 5:15AM. Either way...I get there. However, I made a goal to get to the gym this week by 5AM and it's been working out. I love the longer workouts, I also enjoy being able to warm-up before and stretch…

Hey @jessicakrall8 I suffered from plantars fasciitis also for years. I know you’re pain all too well. It does get much better with every pound you lose. Get you some comfortable shoes and walk, don’t allow it to stop you from moving. It also gets easier with every step.

Hey Jessica, I haven't had to deal with it personally but have family that has. A lot of veggies and mainly leafy green veggies will help. They help with a lot of other conditions as well. Not eating processed meats is great, add red meat and pork to your mental scissors too.

Congratulations on the weight loss! A tip for your wrist: Mine would hurt whenever I tried doing pushups also. I would suggest bending your wrist back and forth anytime out of the day that you remember to do so. It's a good wrist exercise. Once I started back weight training, this wrist weakness went away.
