DKNY Be Delicious, my fave Something by Stella McCartney, can't think of the name. It's in a purple bottle. I rarely wear perfume though, cause I use Satsuma body wash/body butter from the Body Shop. If I could smell like THAT all day, I'd be happy.

To be honest, the only people I see wearing pantyhose these days are old women. I can't remember the last time I wore pantyhose. I also have a pantsuit I wear for interviews. Matching jacket and pants, blouse and heels. Can't go wrong.

I say trust the HRM. Sometimes MFP calculates my burn higher than my Polar FT4, sometimes it's the opposite. It looks like you're working your butt off! Isn't it rewarding to see that high number? :wink:

For me, the idea of eating spoonfuls of sugar or salt compared to ground up tendons, connective tissue, fat, etc cooked in ammonia is significantly more appetizing.

Tbh, I'm not going to restaurants with the expectation that it should be healthy. For me, eating out is a treat, usually for celebrations.
