  • low-fat cottage cheese is a good addition to a salad. I did not realize how much protein I was able to add to my diet this way
  • I put on a pair of pants yesterday that i could not have worn at all two months ago. I was glad when I got home and was able to put on sweats, they were quite tight. BUT--I have made progress and retired my first pair last week!! That is a GREAT feeling!! I am so anxious to get to go shopping!
