Hi Joined in February need to lose some weight not comfortable and I am going back home to Scotland in June don't want to be this heavy. Just keep taking it one day at a time I guess if you fall off the horse get back on I have literally done that before wish success to all

Just joined end of February lost 3lbs my first week probably water weight but that is ok. I can't believe I lost 3lbs this week I thought I had went over my calories every day but I put in one wrong food it told me 378 but it was actually only 100 so I guess that was a good mistake

I try not to think or say the word diet as it is an automatic sabotage for me butt when I am trying to loose weight and watch what I eat it seems all I think about is food more than I do when I am not dieting any suggestions or am I just nuts

I will be so far over my calories today my son turns 31 and we are all off the the Olive Garden for dinner so I will fall off the horse today but will get back on tomorrow

Hi everyone, I just started yesterday would like to loose about 30lbs but I think I am dreaming as it seems so impossible but right now I am so miserable with my weight I will take whatever the small successes I can get.
