  • OK- that was a totally insensitive male thing to do. Guys are portortioned totally different so chalk it up to that being the reason he got into your jeans.   • I did an hour of hard cardio this morning, you think that would've done it huh? I think I am going to put my baby to bed ( I say he's a baby he's two :smile: ) and take a shower.   • I would just eat your "regular" calories and move forward. If you cut your calories you may just set yourself up for failure... you'll be hungry want to eat and then binge... starting that crazy cycle all over again. Move forward, eat healthy and be sure to get your exercise. You'll be fine. :smile:

  • I love Luna bars- They make a mini that is 80 cals and 4 grams of protein, it's high in folic acid and a good source of calcuim. Caramel Nut Brownie is my favorite flavor.
  • I like to workout at the gym Monday through Friday and use the weekend to stay out of the gym and do something physical with my family- like go for a bike ride, hike, etc... that way I don't get "burnt out on the gym".
