  • ^^^^This. Weighing yourself at the same time each day is more important than when you weigh. Having said that, I weigh in first thing in the morning. Its part of my routine. I don't pay to much attention to the daily weight as it will fluctuate a bit, but I use it as a guide to keep me on track. My "offical" weigh in is on…
  • +1 on all of this. You can do this. Trust me. I used to be in the same situation. I finally had a true heart to heart with myself and decided I would stop making excuses. Yes it is hard. I still struggle with it some times. I love to eat. Eating has always been a cop out for me. When I was depressed, I ate junk. When I…
  • Great job. You look amazing. Here's to your continued success!
  • The good news is you recognize what happened without letting it get you down and now your moving on. You've got a great attitude about it and I applaud you.

  • Incredibly inspiring. I at the same point you were in 2011, and I've started to make the changes and lo and behold I'm down about 20 pounds just by eating better and exercising. It provides me with hope and a source of inspiration.
  • Thanks everyone. I'm really excited and super motivated right now. I'm looking to stay that way!
  • You look awesome! Congrats!
  • Keep it up! Sometimes the people in your everyday life don't notice as they see you every day. Your weight loss is perfect about 2 pounds a week. It is sustainable and healthy, but it also is less noticeable to ourselves and those who see us daily. I think you look great. Just keep up the good work.
  • I would suggest seeing your doctor and a nutritionalist. It could be that just changing what your eating might help. I notice that if I eat too much of the same thing my body gets weird, so every couple of weeks I fluctuate my calorie intake and the kinds of foods I eat. I don't know if there is science to support this,…
