For me i never ate back any excerise calories. Maybe try lowering that. Drinking plenty water? Eating the right food and portions too.

On the recovery i was meaning to help recover my muscles after workout. Ive started hammer and chisel and im a bit achy. Loads of sqauts and weight lifting lol. Thanks for all the advance. Yeah i already use protein powder lol. Don't think i'd ever use bars arent they full of sugar? i may have to look into them bit more. I know green tea extracts are meant to be good. Thanks though ill keep this in mind

I do 21 day extreme. Downloadwd it. But i dont follow their food plan i use the workouts for working out mon to friday. Not following their time scale of 21 days im miles past that i defo enough the workout. Do what you feel is best for you. X

Track all your food. get food measuring scales/jugs and measure correctly. Drink loads of water. I tend to aviod high sugar foods and sodium aswell. It will eventually started to fall over. Dont give up though. I started at 225lbs im now 156lbs taken me 2 years but its all worth it.
