I agree with one of the dad's. I respect all women and don't just see you all as sexual objects (you have minds and personality). I know all women want to feel and be attractive. I just think it's admirable to be beautiful to your spouse and that is all the aspiration that's needed.

New balance is pretty durable, and I usually exercise twice a day.

All good comments. It really depends, if you are building muscle mass then you won't lose weight as quickly because muscle weighs more than fat in the same proportions. So though I have a goal weight I'm realistic to the fact that I am building muscle and it may not happen very quickly.

I'm almost a true vegan and I eat mainly organic food. The key is to make incremental changes so your body doesn't freak out.

Also remember you get water from fruits and veggies (if you eat a lot). You may not have to drink an excessive amount of water, as long as you are eating foods from the ground.

It really depends on your personal goals. No one exercise is "better" than another because we all vary in body type, exercise needs, abilities, and goals. I appreciate all the wisdom shared. My two cents is to sit down and looks at your personal fitness goals and choose which one best suits you.
