I started T25 3 weeks ago with 1 mile jogging on the treadmill and 1 mile walking on a incline. I lost 11 pounds by the end of the 2nd week but I gained back 3 and I can't figure out why. Has this happened to anyone?

I am on week 3 of T25 and I also jog 1 mile on the treadmill and walk on a incline another mile. I have lost 11 pounds but now I have gained 3 back. I am very frustrated!
