Your abs look tighter and your arms more toned! Thanks for posting; I'm only on Day 2 of 30 DS and others' success keeps me pushing.

I have a pair of the Shape Ups, but I only use them to do housework. I tried fitness walking with them and found that they made the balls of my feet and my knees sore. However, they are nice for around the house because they feel so soft and cushiony. The downside is, you have to be very careful on steps because you can't…

I did Day 1 today, and it wasn't quite as bad as I had feared. The cardio was the hardest part for me. But I used 2 lb. weights, even though I've been lifting weights regularly, and I did pretty wimpy versions of the cardio (like for the butt kicks or whatever she called them, keeping my feet pretty low to the ground). Congrats on the triathlon, hope your knee is better soon, and I just wanted to say your blog story is so beautifully written!

You look so pretty! Keep up the great work! I love your hair brown too. And I know what you mean about feeling "ready" to go out.

I've been feeling exactly the same way for the past several days! I think maybe it's the weather around here, which has been nothing but cold, windy, and rainy for the past week. I'm just trying to ride it through, knowing I'll feel better again soon.

I am an ex-Weight Watcher as well. I loved their program, but my mom got me into MFP, which I like even better. I know what you mean about guidelines, and here's what helped me... I print out a blank calendar page each month and I put a sticker on each day that I eat at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies, and another…

I'm really inspired by your success, and wow, your husband looks SO proud to have you on his arm as his prom date!!
