I would say try your sister's son, especially if they live so close and you always have the back up of him being able to call your sister to help out if he can't cope. I spent the last two weeks building a wild west town to use for our rpg, Deadlands. I'm now building a stone hotel and the police station from Ripper Street for our next game set in Victorian Times. I'm not addicted, I can give it up ANY time!!! I just choose not to!! :P
