I make buffalo wing dip with lowfat creaam cheese,boneless,skinless breasts,wing sauce and just a smidge of ranch yogurt dip over the top....you can dip celery,carrots,cucumbers,or tortilla chips...it totally cures my craving for hot wings with not nearly the amount of fat!

I made fettucini alfredo with chicken and broccoli. Instead of pasta I made "noodles" out of zucchini with a "vegetti"slicer. You just gave me hope! I started out last year at 429lbs...havent seen anyone else on here with such a high starting weight (til now). I am down 82 but it took a year,I am still plugging away tthough (Phil 4:13). I am SO HAPPY for you and can only imagine the difference this has made in your life!

I think you look amazing,you are just as tiny as you can be ;) I dont see any tummy or thickness anywhere on you,so if I were you I would likely focus on gaining muscle. You never know,while building it and toning you may end up going down a few more lbs....regardless you look amazing and have dine SUCH a great job!!

Try upping your calories a little. I was eating 900-1000 cal a day,and always hitting my 10,000+ steps on my fitbit and scales didnt move for 6 weeks....started eating between 1200-1400 cal a day...and BOOM lost 6 lbs first week,3lbs second week,3 lbs third week. Only change was upping calories slightly

My fav thing right now is a frozen banana smeared with a Tblsp of peanut butter....perfect post workout and YUMMY! I also mix melted coconut oil with unsweetened cocoa power,dip frozen banana in choc and sprinkle with unsweetened flake coconut or chopped nuts.

I log daily...my streak is low because I logged food after changing the date on my phone to get free lives in a game I was playing (dumb!!)

Every time I eat close to what mfp tells me I lose...I spent 2 weeks working out 6 days a week and eating about 600-800 cal a day and I didnt lose any weught. Then I went back to eating between 1200-1500 and bam...lost 6 lbs the first week eating more...go figure!

The final straw for me was when I had to have further testing done because mt dr. thought I had breast cancer and the idea of potentially dying and leaving behind a wibderfyl husband and four kids didnt sound as aweful as living another 40+ yrs in my body!
