Sugar is in most processed foods.. hidden in them.. as long as you eat processed foods with hidden sugars in them you will want sugar..because the more you eat the more you want.. start eating more protein... meat, eggs and cheese.. dont go over board on the meats... like baked chicken, fish, turkey. or a cheese stick..
