Just because you aren't sore doesn't mean you aren't getting a good workout. That being said, you may want to try switching it up. Soreness us usually associated with your muscles not being use to what they are doing so they may be "bored" :-) Try heavier weight, Lower reps (8-10) or add some new moves like kick backs or…
