Depends on the tone of voice and body language. For me if I'm moving my hands or make a face and say "It's okay/ I'm fine." It really is. If you just get an "It's okay/I'm fine" and I shake my head or have a neutral face, I'm pissed off. At that point you should apologize even if you have no clue what you did and back off.…

When I first started working out I was the same way! What I did was I split the time up. 5 minutes 3 times a day. Let your body get used to working out for a week or two then do 2 workouts one 10 and one 5. Then do 15. And just go up from there! Do whatever your body can handle!
