  • I feel awesome when going low carb! So much more energy. Less *****y and grumpy. But I have insulin resistance and pcos so it's a given that id feel better lowering carbs.

  • Just had my husband look to make sure I wasn't absolutely crazy and One is 8 carbs and you take it twice a day and the other is 12 carbs and you take it twice a day.... I did however never say they were vitamins.

  • I'm not sure if you SHOULD take them or not but if you are eating low carb is keep an eye on it.... I can't swallow pills and was taking some gummies and they by themselves put me at 40 carbs a day before I even ate anything....

  • My friend does it and follows Chris Powell's carb cycling plan of Sundays off and what the call a sling shot week every 4th week. She loves it and seems to be having great success.... I haven't tried it though.

  • Yesterday I threw up breakfast within 5 minutes of eating it so before I closed out at the end of the night I deleted it. It wouldn't have made a difference really calorie wise though
  • Yes!! I agree... I'm down 35 pounds and the only thing that's changed size wise is my bra! I lost almost 90 pounds a few years back and went from a 22 to being able to be in an 18 on a good day and that is it! I was at 189 then...   • Nope. Hate it!! No hugs and very little cuddles! I'm a grump, I don't like anyone in my bubble! My husband hates it... The only time I like to cuddle is when I'm sad, sick or if I wake up from a nightmare.

  • As a jump start it's not really a good idea because once you stop it you WILL gain back.... If you do it you need to stick with it....   • I'm not really sure... I got the Jawbone up and certain things merge but not everything.... If I enter exercise here or there they don't merge from either place... Neither does food.. Only over all totals as far as calories and fats and carbs and such!
