  • :) last time I lost 89 pounds and only went from a 22 to an 18 in some jeans... So this time around I am glad to see me actually shedding sizes.
  • Oh and to add.... I am 263 and was around 289 when I bought them. And I am about 5'4" and a half-ish.. Very wide hips. Big booty. Thick thighs. These are snug but stretchy too and they don't "grow" as you wear them... Like Lane Bryant jeans.
  • I have a HORRIBLE time with jeans.... My hips are larger than my waist and my thighs are large and I'm short.... I found the BEST jeans ever at Torrid! They fit amazing and are the perfect length.sadly I got them in Colorado and we don't have a Torrid anywhere near here yet.... But we will have one next month about an hour…

  • Lol ok I know you are being facetious BUT... You should try this chicken I've been making!! We eat it a few times a week. Take chicken breast and top with fresh basil paste and wrap in bacon and when it's completely cooked top with mozzella until melted! Even though you weren't actually asking what to cook for dinner ;)
  • I agree. What I eat I consider normal.. I don't think I am eating abnormally.... Who is to say pizza and sandwiches and Taco Bell are normal but meat and veggies aren't normal.
  • Hope there is one in April as well. I'm at 55 so far. So I made the 35 and passed it but not my personal goal of 100. (Maybe next month)
  • If I ever even make smoothies I make a double batch so my husband can have half.... So I always with after or I don't know how much I'm actually getting. But I suppose yes i do scrape the sides into his cup
  • Thank you for the message. That may be so. But every day I hear how I'm wrong about everything that comes out of my mouth when I'm here from one person or another and it gets tiresome.   • Zero... And my husband tipped 10 dollars at a buffet a few months back where all the kid did was bring us our drinks and then only one time way later someone else refilled them ... Wanted to smack him.

  • How long does it take to slow down? Last time I lost 89 pounds in 5 months and it never slowed down. This time since I HAVE to do it for medical reasons I am curious when it will slow and when I should move to OWL. Ive been planning on staying in induction until I reach my first goal and then moving on.
  • I do total carbs... I never use any of the products at all... Bars, meals, shakes and such... My carbs are 25g a day BUT if I end up at something like 28 and it's veggie carbs I just let it go... But that very rarely happens.
  • Mine is 5% carb 65% fat And 30% protein I just played around with it until it carbs where I wanted it and protein and them of course the rest went into fats

  • I LOVE to cook. And I have been told that I am fantastic at it...... And I still cook and my husband still loves it and doesn't even realize it's "diet food" But you can maybe rationalize it anyway you want but the end game is still the same...

  • Thank you. Yes so far is is helping my symptoms tremendously. I find it easy to stick with... Thank goodness I've always been more of a carnivore. And it DOES cause a change in the way your breath smells.. It smells almost sweet but not terrible bad...
  • I do some of each. One day I'll do higher weights and lower reps and some days I'll do lower weights with higher reps. I mix it with cardio as well. Other days I walk. Some I do step aerobics. Some I jog.....
