We bought some rice cakes a few weeks back that are chocolate and Carmel corn and I think Carmel apple and they are sooooooo good! Had to make my husband take them out of the house. But i think a package was 100 calories and I also got some white cheddar that are great.

I'm at 22 carb and 13 fiber..... It would be easy to do 21/30...... If I had more avocado today it would have pit me at something very similar to 21/30... It would have been 23/34

I started out with about 130 to lose.... I don't weigh in again until April 1st. But as of March 1st I was down 35 pounds.

It's tough because all of those things have carbs... If it was the beginning of the day and more fats were added in as the day progressed Then there would be less hunger and a more balance of everything.

Oh I see :) well I agree maybe some chicken or really any kind of meat. Just watch processed meat. I make tuna salad with boiled eggs and sugar free dill relish and mayo.. It ups my calls and fats without upping my carbs... It's under 1 carb a serving. If you do eggs generally they are 1 carb each so be careful with that.

I get mine at Walmart in a huge family pack and get about 7 giant breasts for around 11 dollars.

I hate when people hate on low carb but they don't know that SOME people have to do it for medical reasons..... Also hate when people claim they are doing low carb as a quick fix (you'll never get anywhere doing that) or say I ate way under my carbs today I only had a cupcake or some other random not low carb foods ...…

So you ate 16,219 calories less than recommended for the week... That is a large deficit if that isn't even including what you worked off exercising. I can see the concern. If your goal is 1252 a day but 22,113 is what is recommended for a week then why the drastic difference?

I'm not gassy but I am constantly bloated and retain water like crazy! It drives me insane... Some days my wedding rings are falling off and the next I can't even put them on.... Same with shoes.

Exactly :) any veggies and eggs and cheeses or nuts or berries or fruits have carbs... So zero would be hard to sustain long term... I do low carb and get 25 actual carbs a day.. Not net... But I couldn't imagine ever eating zero.

Be careful adding more protein.... Yes you do need more but I wouldn't recommend going over board with it because it can have adverse effects. I still don't even eat a pound of meat a day and I upped mine quite a bit..

I'm curious what a carb free diet is? You only eat unprocessed meat? That's the only way anyone could do carb free.
