Thank you both, i'm not eating anything other than fruit that is sugary so my carbs come from fruits and veg. I do count oils when i use them but generally try and cook without oil i will add coconut oil or butter and definitely eat more cheese! :)

I exercise 1-2 hours everyday, exercise bike, kettlebells, walking and aerobic steps (i know its a lot but its working) and i have lost 14lbs in 4 weeks and have gone from 20-22 to 16-18 i do not eat back my calories i'm on a very controlled carb eating plan as i have type 2 diabetes that i'm well on the way to reversing.

I completely agree with you, i have PCOS and in turn insulin resistance, i've known about the insulin resistance since i was about 17 but never did anything about it, i didn't research how to turn it around or how to stop myself getting type 2 diabetes, i was diagnosed 5 and a half weeks ago age 29 and i fully blame myself…
