My diet, I wouldn't say is perfect. I don't measure everything. But I am conscious this.... you probably are taking in more calories then you think by not measuring.

i have to agree with you on most of this. i have a friend who complains her son is addicted to sugar, but continues to keep things like pop and sugary treats in the house. she says its gotten so bad that if he does not find treats he will eat sugar from the bag of sugar by itself. i am all for everything in moderation. i…

I have heard and experienced that the bigger you are, the faster the weight comes off in the begining. im starting fresh today, but the last time i had lost weight, i was losing 4-5 pounds a week.

I don't think it is derogatory or insensitive to use the word fat. I have had people use the word to try to insult me. The truth is...I am fat. Its not an insult. its a fact. I am fat, so when they use the word fat to try to insult me i laugh and ask them how long it took then to see the obvious. I don't understand those…

unless you have mistaken this for a dating site, people respond to posts no matter what age you are. but in order for people to respond, one usually has to ask a question.

I dont understand why people get so upset when they get called fat, when they are indeed fat. I am 5'4 and 256 pounds. I know im fat. If someone were to come up to me and say You are fat, I would look at them and say no **** captain obvious. I understand there are more hurtful ways of saying it, but if you are indeed fat,…

9 calories is nothing, but cheating on mpf is like cheating on a test. might look good and paper, but it will eventually catch up to you

maybe we should put this boy in the history books...first boy ever not to get an erection from condoms...seriously...do us all a favor and grow up and stop having sex. and possibly get a job so you can afford birth control. might be a place to start
-
you can afford that many plan b but cant afford condoms? also i am sure planned parenthood or a similar organization would be more then happy to hand you free condoms

you don't need to cut out bread, or anything for that matter. like other people have said, work it into your calories for the day. if you are wanting a lighter option, there are many types of weight watchers breads that are 100 cals. for 2 slices

the reason my calories were so high was because I had it set to only lose 1 pound a week. when I change it to 2 pounds a week it goes down to 1440. im wondering if it would be alright to try it at two pounds a week for a while and see how that goes. it just doesn't seem like a lot of calories. I don't want to starve myself.
-
I also have it set to lose 1 pound a week, should I change it to 2 pounds a week or lower it to 0.5 a week?
-
there, I opened it. sorry about that
-
oops I thought that it was...ill change that
