Hi Kathy, I am new to and have lost 5 pounds this week. Vegetables are hard for me so at the beginning of the week I dice any vegetables I have or that are at the end of their life (small dices) and saute them in about tbsp of olive oil. Then I add them to anything I am eating that week. Canned chili, with some spaghetti…
