I'm not much of a breakfast person (not good I know) I usually go for a slim fast protein shake. That way I don't have to stop to eat and I know I am getting nutrition. Much better than my usual cup of coffee.

I haven't been at this to long, but I'm really thinking the same thing is happening to me. I've been under my calorie goal working my butt off, but the scale doesn't move! I think it could very well be water retention from being on your period. But, hey if once it was over and some pounds came of I would be ecstatic!
