When I started it took a few weeks of consistency to make the scale move. I think whatever calorie level you set to, don't give it only one week before you start panicing and making changes. I think it should say something positive if you are within a certain amount of goal, like 50-100 cals. While it "congratulates" you for being under, it then says how its bad to be under goal...lol.

You can easily fill some calories with some nuts or something. Try cocoa roasted or plain almonds. There are plenty of ways to get a couple hundred extra calores without eating "crap".
