Losing that much weight in a month is great.. not sure I'd really call it a plateau. Let your body catch up to that loss and you will keep losing. Just keep going! Congrats :)

I only drink vodka and club soda.. because the club soda has no cals and vodka per shot is only 70. ...add extra lime. Its not sweet tho, but i dont like too waste cals on juices. Could maybe add a splash of something sweet.

I drink vodka (lowest cal of the mixers) and club soda, because it is no calories...usually i find bars dont have diet sodas and tonic adds too many calories. Then i add extra lime. It could easily just be water retention from sodium if you were eating differently. I wouldnt be upset...just move past it and keep going! :).

Everyday.. but it doesn't drive me crazy. Just interesting to me. I am aware it can fluctuate up to 5 pounds based on sodium etc.

I am also over on protein but feel it is set to low here. I never worry about it.. I mean unless I am like 3 or 4 times over what they list here. Otherwise I don't worry about that at all.

Pretty much like everyone else... Usually about 2-3lbs heavier at night. Been up as much as 5 lbs at night if its a high sodium meal.

Thats funny because I am usually down a couple of pounds after drinking too.... in fact I was down 3 this week after a couple of vodka drinks ( I weigh everyday). I eat the following fast foods: Taco bell chicken fresca tacos.. sometimes get the pintos and cheese as they have alot of fiber (although I try not to mix in all the "sauce" because I'm sure we it has the brunt of the sodium.) If its a differnt scale at a later time in day than usual, then yes it will look bad. Also if you were eating healthier but then ate out for a week, its just water retention from sodium most likely.
