Hi Carol, I havent any advice ref carbs but I find just logging EVERYTHING I eat into MFP keeps me on track by making me aware of how many calories Im consuming. Just finished Combat 60, I can hardly type this, what a wuss!

Didnt manage Comabt 60 yesterday as had a bit of an accident, long/short is I fell over backwards and hit my back and head. Im very sore today but will be doing combat 60 today and will have to double up tomorrow to stay on track. Warnig dont wear trainers (sneakers) whilst washing the floor!

Did HIIT plyo today, I find this the most difficult. Not doing last combat 30 for this week as Im going hiking tomorrow.

Swapped day off today for yesterday as was out all day, so i did Combat 45 mins Power Kata today, this is my favourite I love it.

Hi, Ive just started week 2 today, I can see a difference already, just in my waist. Ive taken before pics and measured myself. I really love it, not just for the workout but its lifts my mood for the whole day! I would love to join a group as I dont know anyone else who does it.
