I love saunas. But It's not exercise and it's not something I would ever log as a calorie burn. In my book it falls into the same category as 'light cleaning', knitting, food preparation and shopping. Not a significant enough calorie burn to count towards my fitness goal.

You're husband in a verbally abusive jerk. This isn't a weight problem, it's a relationship problem. I'd strongly suggest marriage counseling. Put your big girl panties on and don't let him treat you that way!!!!!

Calorie deficit for weight loss. Exercise for fitness.

George Foreman grill + a box of frozen chicken breasts + a bottle of tasty barbeque sauce, keep frozen veggies in the freezer and have some potatoes on hand to 'bake' in the microwave. (I love putting cottage cheese on a baked potato!!)

30 day shred is not meant to be done everyday. It's ok to take a rest day or 2 and let your body heal.

Home! Saves time and it's convenient! I still do have a gym membership, maybe go once a month just to mix things up. I also go to a really nice yoga studio about once a month too. But most of my workouts are done in the comfort of my own home!

I love working out at home. It's so convenient and such a time saver. Every paycheck I like to add to my home 'gym'. And now there are so many awesome and FREE workouts available on youtube that there is no need to spend a lot of money on DVD's. I have a gym membership to mix things up a bit. And with the warm weather I…

I'm just going to reiterate what everyone else is saying. You need to see a Doctor.

All that you need for success is 'eating better and exercising'....your own words. If you have to ask a question about a product you already have doubts. Save yourself time, money and anal leakage.....just stick to a healthy diet and exercise.

NOTHING!!!!! But here are 5 things that I can still enjoy because I've learned to use moderation: 1 - ice cream 2 - french fries 3 - cookies 4 - pizza 5 - alcohol

Coffee, 1/2 sugar and a bit of cream (approx 50 - 60 cals) tea with a teaspoon of honey (approx 30 cals) water (add lemon makes it more interesting diet soda - it's a personal choice If I opt for regular soda - I'll keep it to only 8 oz.

Walking Hiking riding a bike outside exercise DVD's (I really like Leslie Sansone's walk at home series) Tons of free workouts on youtube (Jessica Smith TV, Ellen Barrett, Leslie Sansone's, a few Jillian Michaels, BeFit TV, Fitness Blender)....all can be done in the comfort of your own home for free!

You are way over thinking this AND setting yourself up for self sabotage already ..as in this sentence - "That means I'd be losing weight for 2 months (and paying to do so) and then for two months after that I wouldn't workout as often, and there's a chance my eating won't be as clean... So I might gain back what I lost?".…

I love my ipad mini!!! Light weight, fits in my purse. It's great for reading and watching movies and tv shows. My boyfriend has the regular size ipad and it's heavy and cumbersome. Now he wishes he would have gotten the mini. I also love it for free youtube workout video's!!

I never log on vacations. Life is too short not to indulge once in awhile. 5 days out of your life....have fun! I do try to get in a lot of recreational exercise on vacation and I practice "intuitive eating". Basically means I eat what I want but stop when I'm full. Enjoy!!!!:flowerforyou:

Calorie deficit = weight loss. Exercise = fitness. That being said...I DO love yoga. Yogaworks has 3 DVD's....all of them are great. And for a real challenge try Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown or Bob Harper's warrior yoga.

Youtube has tons of workouts for free! Jessica Smith TV or BeFit TV are my go to's. Also, a lot of people like Fitness Blender on youtube as well. You don't need to spend hours a day in a gym to get fit!

This isn't a weight issue. He's a nutcase and you have zero self esteem. He want's nothing to do with you. WALK AWAY and move on. Lose the weight or don't lose the weight but work on your self esteem!

A very broad version of 'business casual'. Basically anything except jeans Monday through Thursday. Capri's and flip flops are mine 'uniform' all summer long  Friday's we can wear jeans. Sweatshirts and tee shirts are ok as well as gym shoes on Fridays. It's a very relaxed atmosphere for a law firm

Greek yogurt or coffee!

MFP's sugar setting is ridiculously low. Ignore it. AVOID lite and lowfat foods, eat the 'whole' versions. Peanut butter, nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocados are calorie dense. Eat bigger portions. Personally.....if I have a couple hundred calories left at the end of the day...I'm hitting the chips ahoy

any fresh fruit or veggie!
