I'm just over 5'9" and currently weigh 173 pounds. I'd like to be back around 150, preferably at 145. It depends on my body shape and muscle mass really. I currently wear a size 12/14 jeans, but would like to get back to size 8-10. Good luck!

I don't want to make anyone mad, but some red flags... Firstly, you will definitely lose weight on this diet. Eating so few calories a day will cause the weight to fall off.
