Welcome! I've just started as well (although I lost about 50lbs doing weight watchers before)! You have an awesome goal in mind and goals are always helpful!! I do have to say that to reach your goal of 200lbs by then that is an average of 3.5lbs a week and that is really a lot to do each week. The best is to lose between…

Sounds like you have the working out portion down. The hardest part really is the eating portion. My biggest tip I think is not to totally cut anything out especially something you love. You really can eat whatever you want its just all about portion control. And to have portion control you MUST track what your putting…

I head out at 5:15am for the gym and people think I'm crazy all the time. To me it is just a scheduled part of my day just like going to work is. It's something I know I need and I am so happy I went afterwards. The biggest reason that I like going in the morning is that when I am faced with a hard decision about whether…

That is very true as well. My goal is to not eat the calories that I lose even though they are added to my daily total I can intake. If I do then I try only to eat a small portion of them and its not on junk food.

Everyone has their place where they feel comfortable. I was thinking the same thing. I'm 5'3" and if I weighed 140 I would think I was the hottest thing ever! I wish you best of luck on getting to that place where you feel most comfortable.

Yes!! Maybe you could make working out your new thing to relieve stress and look forward to that after school!!! Because junk food is a temporary fix and ultimately isn't a fix at all because you are then upset about not losing and binging.

Since you are using myfitmesspal I am assuming you want to lose the weight but you never will be able to unless you really really want to. Its all in your mind. Junk food is ALWAYS going to be around and you have to have the will power to say no thank you and step away. I workout in the mornings before work because then…

I just started as well and would love to have more friends to help with encouragement. I did weight watchers before and loved all the support from the meetings. I did lose my first week yeah!!! But have 86lbs to still go. I will send you a request!
