My experience with anxiety meds is that they made me more anxious. Couldn't shut my brain off to all the potential side effects and such. I use diet, exercise and therapy to try to combat my anxiety. Stay positive!

I'm 5'5" and I've been maintaining around 122-126. Any lower than that and I start to look too thin.

I'm pretty much in the same boat. I'm 38 and have maintained a 20 lb weight loss over the last six months. I also went from size 10 to size 4-6 and body fat went from 28% to 19%.
