I take rhodiola rosea and swear by it. Your body does tend to build up an immunity to it after a month or so...so I alternate days taking it and it really helps with my depression which is pretty severe.

if i were in a similar situation i would indulge in small portions and track everything i could...but i would try to "save" my calories for that event throughout the day and kick it up on the activities more that week. i indulge myself often and this is the only reason i have kept with my "lifestyle change/diet" for this…

My advice....definitely increase the calories, and then as your regain some of your energy increase the exercise and eat 75 percent of your exercise calories back. I'm not sure what your height and weight are but i'm sure if you net around 1400 calories this is for the most part reasonable for most women. Please never go…

NO. you need to net AT LEAST 1200 calories at day. if you consistently do not please leave the forums to get some help with your eating disorder or msg me.

I took them as a child growing up for years and I attribute them to why I rarely got sick. I wish could afford to take them again!!! Seriously they're amazing. I still rarely get sick & continue to take cheap vitamins

This. I worked in on a domestic violence hotline and one thing that a lot of people seem to overlook is that there are two sides of the story ALWAYS. That being said violence to either party is NEVER acceptable and is not normal. I would recommend you google "the cycle of violence" because it sounds like you're in the…

i want to be in...but i've only been doing this for a month and i fee like the scale is a good indicator if i'm doing things right...but then again i might be a slave to the scale! i think i'll stop weighing until june 15th and then another two weeks after that instead of twice a week. so i'm kinda in! :}

I took wellbutrin for about 3 weeks and loved it! until i had a severe allergic reaction and broke out in hives and ended up in the ER. it definitely helped with my depression and suppressed my appetite. I lost 6lbs in two weeks. I wish i could take it because it worked so well for me, but now i'm doing things the old…

stops me from wearing skimpy clothes, (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) but is hard in the summer sometimes when it gets 115 degrees out! i think it's been really emotional because i look in the mirror and don't look the way i feel on the inside, i feel skinny inside and i want it to be reality! definitely prevented me…

Your feelings are valid. Of course you are holding some ill-will. You're working towards a goal with self control and discpline while they opted for the easy way out. Yes I know surgery is not easy blablablah. But keep in mind that you reap what you sow, although you are not losing weight instantaneously as we all would…
