If you're going to do it, do it right with juicing. All fruits and veggies. Flush your body and at the same time provide it the various nutrients your body needs. FRUITS AND VEGGIES, JUICE THEM.

Lose weight the way you intend to maintain it. A lot of people gain back the weight because they lose the weight in having a "diet" mindset. Don't think about it like a diet, just a change that will last a lifetime and it will! Slow and steady wins the race!

Started at 230lb 38DDD Currently 196lbs 36DD Goal weight of 140-150, when I was that weight as a teenager I wore 36C. I would focus on fat loss and strength training.

I was thinking probably something around 2200 which is just above maintenance if I don't exercise. This morning I thought "Huh, tomorrow is national eat above your caloric needs day" Sweet.

+1 Take it from a gal who has had quite a few boyfriends and hasn't been single in sometime. Relationships don't fix your problems. When it's time you'll meet the right person, but ENJOY being single as strange as that sounds there is peace in being happy by yourself, something I really wish I would've done.

I would definitely recommend lifting heavy. I haven't read through all the comments, but as people have said you are underweight. Bulk up! I drink...kind of a lot. At least 4-5 times a month. I'm just very diligent about logging my calories. Beer is usually the problem because it's pretty dense in calories, but if I'm going out with friends I will drink Kamikazes because they're pretty low in calories and i'll even ask them to add club soda to make the drink…
