Ok the 1st thing is you will succeed as long as you don't try to rush the process of losing weight. If you miss a workout do t sweat it just work out harder the next session. Best tip is not to bug out 1st off. Many people have reached a plateau and broke it. Look over your calories and make sure your following it correctly. If you are you might need to numb the calories up 300-400 for a couple of days 3-4 then go back down to the calorie amount you have now. Good luck and you will succeed so…
