Any ideas for weekly challenges? Getting 64 oz of water, increasing exercise time, keeping calories under 1500

147.4 this morning. I'm stuck going up and between 145-150.

Back down to 145.8 this morning, not bad for over eating all weekend. I've kept walking every day and want to get back to lifting this week.

148 last week now 148.2. Going fruit and veggie shopping today, want to try the de bloat smoothie.

Hiked 5 miles this morning and going to bike the Detroit river front tomorrow. Hoping for a loss on Monday!

S.W. 150lb C.W. 148lb Walked everyday for at least 45 mins but had 3 days over my calories. I have to add a new work out this week and be careful with the carbs and salt.

Got at least 30 minutes of walking in. Didn't do well with my calories today. People trying to sabotage my diet, I need to stay strong and get back on track.

Did 40 mins on the treadmill after getting the kids to bed last night. 150 lb start weight now 145.8 Drinking soo much water

Did 20 minutes of walking yesterday and today. It's hard to fit in exercise between 12 night shifts.

Walked 45 on the treadmill and a short walk outside. Have to work tonight 8pm-8am. Really have to try hard not to snack to stay awake. My favorite is coffee and muffins but I always bring fruit.

Walked for 1 1/2 hours but going to be way over my calories. My youngest 10 th birthday had to have tres leche cake!

Walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes and it was sunny so I walked to the park with my girls. We also did kids yoga on you tube. Love all the free fitness videos. Girls are excited to do another tomorrow
