Actually, Since the last few pounds are the hardest/slowest to lose, then I'd assume that just a few lbs would be hard to lose :smile:

I'm really hoping to lose some there. So far, I've lost band size but not cup size. The funny thing is, it seems the people who don't want to lose any do, and vice versa.

Same. I lost almost 60 lbs. Then around Christmas, went off track, and have been off and on ever since (mostly off) I gained back 15 lbs. I've just gotten back on track. I think the fact that I got rid of all my bigger clothes, and now have nothing to wear is what was my deciding factor. No way am I going back and buying…

Ha! I JUST was trying to dissuade a friend on FB who has started it! Nobody wants to listen to the girl who has lost almost 50 lbs. What does SHE know?? Not sure what low bar/high bar is sorry so new. lol. The bar is up near my shoulders. I think that maybe I do lean forward. It's almost like if I don't I think I will fall.

In the database under cardio, you can find strength training and it will give you a calorie burn. Not sure how accurate it is...

It's not ALL water. Some if it will be fat. (maybe 2 lbs?) So be encouraged about that.
