Yesterday I had a peanut butter and bacon sandwich. It was delish, but everyone else found it weird.

This. I prefer to talk about weight loss and food on here than IRL because most of my friends on here have similar goals. I do have my Sis, but that's pretty much it. I have gotten, a friend, an aunt, hubbies Aunt, and my StepMum on here so of course I accepted their FR. They didn't stay active though and are never on. My…

I am confident and determined That I'll lose a total of 100 lbs. But to get to my goal, (losing another 22 after that) Not so much. Because I've read so much about people having trouble with the last few pounds, and I know that it's because You're on a smaller deficit and there's less room for error. Plus I know that I…

I am a 38 H Unfortunately, All the good ones I've ever known are $50 and up Enell is really good. But before having that, I wore 2 regular bras, and a tight camisole.

I'm on day 2, week 3. But we're already friends  And yes it's HIDEOUS at first! I started and quit so many times in week 2.

I turned 40 in November. I am in better shape than I ever was in my 30's. But that's because I could do whatever I wanted in my 20's, and then it caught up to me in my 30's. At 39, I started taking care of myself. I plan to be in the best shape of my life before I hit 42. I spent the first half of my life trying to kill…

Maybe they mean life is harder in general? Tying shoes, huffing and puffing all the time doing normal activities. At least that's what I got from it.

How about the cramps?

I actually find this even with pants that fit when fat. Because belly is bigger then hips which actually hold your pants up. LOL Plumber butt

Awesome. Good for you for proving 'em wrong!

Wonderful! WTG!

I LOVE it! I feel like the bubbles actually kind of curb hunger more so than water. Plus my water intake has upped since I started drinking it.

I'm the opposite. I got rid of my larger clothes right away every time I got into a smaller size. It was the right choice for me, because when I recently had a bad few of months, and gained back 10 lbs, I had nothing to wear so I had no choice but to get back on track.

You're beautiful. You were from the beginning but now you look radiant and happy! Way to go!
-
Good for you! Posting on here was a great choice because not everyone on FB cares about fitness. I am currently on week 2 of C25K So I totally get you. (I've been trying to do it forever but get bored in the second week. I may have to try the zombies one.)

LOL! Well done!

Holy gorgeous! Can I ask how tall you are? Because at 235 you look very slim!

Night. And I Frign HATE it!

Gave you a warning?!? I'd be waving buh bye with my flappy arms

Also, My Dad just recently told me that he found after 50, he could get by on less sleep without feeling tired. I'm not sure if that's accurate for everyone, or even how old OP is, but I know I need at least 8-9 hours (which I rarely get) or I'm exhausted. In my 20-30's I needed more. That may be why the 59 y/o can get by…

Actually, Since the last few pounds are the hardest/slowest to lose, then I'd assume that just a few lbs would be hard to lose

I'm really hoping to lose some there. So far, I've lost band size but not cup size. The funny thing is, it seems the people who don't want to lose any do, and vice versa.

Same. I lost almost 60 lbs. Then around Christmas, went off track, and have been off and on ever since (mostly off) I gained back 15 lbs. I've just gotten back on track. I think the fact that I got rid of all my bigger clothes, and now have nothing to wear is what was my deciding factor. No way am I going back and buying…

That's what I was wondering. Maybe for a day but I can't see a wk.
