He also says eat breakfast lunch and dinner with two healthy snacks in between and do strength training at least five days a week.

My brother is eating about that same amount of calories. He's trying to get lean and cut. He's also about 6 feet tall. He eats 90 grams of protein in a day ( lean chicken, fish, and turkey ) alot of vegetables with lunch and dinner. He says his snack is one cup of chocolate silk soy milk.
