mangolady, dont stop. keep working out like you are doing. maybe your body just hit a slump and everyone has gone or will go through that at some point. try extending how long you work out or do more reps. increase intensity or something. you can do it. just think about how good you'll feel and look once you break through…

im in! im 32 and im tired of not being as good as i can be. i know i can do better and i have bombed in the past but i am determined this year. i just want to lose 35 lbs and am hoping to be able to lose (if not all) most of it in 7 months. :) also hoping to make a few new buddies and get some support.
