This is my Beginning of the Year and End of the year pics. I'm so proud of myself and all of you guys because sometimes it becomes a struggle, but we pull through to make this an overall healthier lifestyle.

I love it, and don't you just find it funny when some people come to you for advice, and once you give it to them, they feel like they can't hang. So they get mad and go talking about how they're happy just the way they are. Like really?

Finished Level 2 of 30 Day Shred, so I start level 3 tomorrow. I am so proud that I was able to make it through level two because there were times I wanted to reach through the screen and slap Jillian, but I love her at the same time.

Did day 2 on level two today and I wanted to cry :cry: . After I finished that, I did turbo jam...SORENESS in the morning. Heck, I'm already sore.

I started 30 Day Shred on Sept. 13 and today marks day one on level 2, and people who said it was tough didn't lie. I look forward to seeing everyone's progress.
