I think it was hiding underneath. I do plan to build more muscle mass one day, and I know I'd have to eat at calorie surplus. I currently do upper body two days, lower body two days, and 2 days of cardio.

I started the Chalean Extreme/Insanity hybrid yesterday, and today was my first Insanity workout. I completed Chalean Extreme, but I've never done Insanity so I'm just doing the hybrid without having completed Insanity before. The workout was really insane like I expected, but I'm always up for the challenge.

I completed Chalean Extreme and now I'm doing the Lean for Life Phase of that program that rotates a circuit from each phase each week with some cardio on the days that I don't lift.
