Here are my results. I actually didn't lose any scale weight because I was at goal, but I went down a size in pants and can wear a small in shirts, and I'm now doing the Lean for Life phase and looking to purchase turbo fire and do the hybrid.

I agree with Lucia. Each night, I log my food for the next day.

I've lost this much without going to a gym.

I use to love Fruit Loops, the regular kind and the ones with marshmallow. Now I eat Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Flax.

OMG, I can't believe she would say that, and by the way you look GREAT! I've had plenty of people to tell me that's enough, but since those comments, I've gotten smaller and still look great and not sickly.

It gets on my freaking nerves. I could really hurt their feelings by saying, "You've gained enough weight now", but nope I just smile and say it in my head. I don't tell you when to stop gaining, so I think I can decide when to stop losing.

once a week, in the morning and yeah you guessed it, NAKED :) after using the bathroom of course because that's your true weight.

While at work last week, my co-worker said that I've lost more weight, but I actually haven't lost any scale weight, but I have lost inches.

Only once a week in the morning and in the nude. I think weighing throughout the day and after a workout is inaccurate, so morning it is after I use the bathroom.

Most of the people I know online, are the people I've been around and know in real life, and the way they portray themselves online is the exact same way they portray themselves in real life. I for one portray myself online the way I would in real life.

I'm really just noticing the difference myself just by looking at these pictures because I haven't done a comparison in a while.

To be honest, I think we all are judgmental whether we want to admit it or not. I don't believe anyone of us can actually think of a time that we haven't judged anyone. I think that's just a part of life and it happens, so don't feel bad because you better believe that the person you judged probably judged someone else too.

I'm currently on week three of the Lean Circuit so once I'm done, I'll come here and post my results. The Lean Phase is the toughest, but my favorite because the body really changes a lot during this phase. Just make sure you get a lot of protein in and eat enough because you're going to need it.
