Before I learned better, I use to be afraid of eating a lot and eating a lot of fats. Now since, I do know better, I eat healthy fats and eat between 1600-1900 calories netting at my bmr. I guess some people just don't educate themselves enough to know that we need fat especially healthy fats, so now I'm no longer afraid…

I do, and to be honest, before this lifestyle change, I've never really had problems with cramping or feeling sick and I really don't now either since I'm more healthy. I work out the entire time it's here, so no problems for me.

The Lean Phase is really serious. Now I know why people talk about that phase the most, and yes I've seen so many differences especially in my upper body and my quads have become even more defined. I'm beginning to notice the v-shape, and along with Brazil Butt Lift, it has even helped my butt a lot.

I do the same also, and I use to get laughs in return, but it's normal now because that's what I like doing and they know that that's just me now. So there's no stopping now.

I'd say take your own if you want because I always take my own food with me when I go places. I personally prefer my food anyway. Also, if the shoe were on the other foot, they'd bring their own food if you invited them somewhere. So if you want your own pancakes, do so. It's your choice.

I'm only black, but I do have a very good grade of hair (thanks to my grandmother), and it's so thick. When I'm not going anywhere, I just wrap it because it'll be dry by the next day, but if I'm going somewhere after, I just wear it in the style I already have it in and pin it that way because it doesn't get soaking wet…

I'd suggest just following the calendar for Chalean Extreme and adding extra cardio exercises on your rest days where you see fit.

I started out with Chalean Extreme and she's great, so you could try that. I love her attitude and she helps you with your form. I'm currently on week three of the PUSH Phase.

I haven't eaten any Fast Food in about 8 months, and I find that I really don't want it, but I believe you can have it every once in a while, just not too often.

I plan my meals the night before. That way I already know what I'm having and estimate how much I need to eat because of the calories I plan to burn.
