Take a couple breaths and make a U Turn. I have been doing pretty good today as far as making health choices but after a banana sandwhich for breakfast and a turkey one for lunch w coffee I am sadden to find that I only have 400 left for dinner and thats with no snacks.

Hey guys, umm I just started back here 2 weeks ago and by following MFP food diary and little bit of exersize and one sick day (of keeping nothing down) I have lost 5 lbs. Not sure if it is water or what not, I have been drinking plenty of water (which is another change to my diet).

Just went shopping today and spent a total of 171.24. I stopped at 3 places The dollar store for canned goods,noodles and sweet snacks, The grocery store for meats and produce and kwik trip for banannas ( best price in our area), potatoes and a few energy drinks (my hubby loves red bull).

We are a family of 5, 3 adults, 2 children and we spent 640 ish a month. We save about 70 dollars on bread, milk, juice, eggs thanks to the WIC we receive cause the children are under 5.
