Fruit and raw vegies are always a good choice, and most of them don't need to be refrigerated or cooked. You can also munch on dry cereal or granola. Maybe get some baked chips or baked crackers for an alternative to greasy ones. Good luck and have a great trip!

I have 5 children and they all went through the "lifestyle" change with me, and so did my husband. It was a bit of an adjustment, we no longer have sugar cereals either. I switched them to Honey Nut Cheerios, Honey Nut Chex a real treat is Maple and brown sugar mini wheats, the Multi Grain Cheerios are really good. I…

I use to have that happen all the time. I went to one of those gag stores and bought a fake rat and put that on top of my lunch inside my lunch box. LOL Problem was solved. You could try fake poop too!

Carbs are my downfall. I use to go to Costco and get the croissants (12 count) and the whole thing would be gone by the next day. I don't keep a Costco card anymore. And bagels with cream cheese, oh yummy! I do let myself have one once a week! Now I don't "have" to have it. And the cookie dough....almost did that…

Fill up on some h2o, then go brush your teeth...nothing is good after that minty freshness!! That's my little trick.

LOL that's what I thought too. I can be anyone's friend...I don't get offended easily, the only thing I ask is that men don't be trying to hit on me. I am married, am here to make new pals and reach our common goal together. Healthy lifestyle and weight loss.

I don't keep anything I like in the house. I do have healthy snacks for us and the kids. If I really have a bad craving, my rule is I have to walk or bike to the store to get it. The store is only a mile and a half, not a big deal, but after a long day and a full tummy after dinner, it usually isn't worth it. Before taking…

Don't be scared, and don't starve yourself. Apples are a great way to have something to eat that stays with you. And as the previous people said, make sure you are getting enough calories. Believe it or not, you have to eat to lose. There are a bunch of pals on here to help you in your journey. I joined back in March, but…

I see you have a wonderful dog there, take him/her for a walk. You both will have a good time.

Diets don't work. It has to be a lifestyle change. The first change I did was make choices. I chose to buy apples instead of ice cream, I chose to buy yogurt instead of chips ect. If it is not in the house, you are less tempted to eat it. Yes if you have kids, they need theirs snacks, but after about a week of fighting…

I chop it up real small and sneak it into the spag or lasagna sauce, the kids don't know and they love it. Also in eggs it is really good, you can put spinach in just about every thing.

WOW!! What a wonderful achievement! Great job and thanks for your inspiration!!

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is to be 115 lbs. For years and years I never was over 105 or 110. I do have a large bone structure, and at that weight I am just too thin. I went through a lot in the last 10 years and managed to go from 115/120 to 151!!! I am happy to say that I am on the road to success. Good luck with your…
