I AM FOR LOUISIANA, AND LOST 14LBS IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT U EAT JUST CUT BACK AND STAY FIRM. I'VE FOUND THAT OUT BY USING THIS CALORIE COUNT PROGRAM I STILL EAT WHAT I WANT BUT I CUT BACK AND MAKE SURE I EXERCISE AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES OUT THE WEEK.....
