DANGER!!! One of the side effects of Topomax, rare but very dangerous is angle closure glaucoma which is a sudden build up of fluid behind the eye causing pressure, if not relieved it can cause blindness. Please see an eye doctor ASAP! http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1771669/
