  • Most restaurant salads. Even without the dressing or with a low cal/fat dressing, it is possible to walk outta there just having eaten a 1200 calorie salad (or more). Scary, when I can make a delicious salad at home for under 200 calories, and that includes chicken and some sort or dressing or vinaigrette.
  • I am 3 weeks out from my first figure show (NPC Daytona Beach Classic), and have a second one planned in October if all goes well (I've held the diet and training this long, what's a couple more weeks??). Feel free to friend me as well, this is hard work and good support is very important :)
