I have it with porridge because it's so much less calories, so gives me more to eat for the rest of the day ;P. Normal milk has way more protein however, if you don't mind a few extra cals :)

1500 atm (set to -0.5lbs per week). I try and stay under most days during the week so i can be a bit naughty with calories on the weekend. I'm super short (5'2) so felt like that might be a bit high... but i'm still losing so w/e!

1200 is too low, which is why you're not having much luck finding people. You don't need to be miserable and eat next to nothing to lose weight

It's because it's so convenient these days. There's a Macdonalds round every corner and everything revolves around food. Kids having a bday party? Have it at Macdonalds/pizza hut/wherever. I love treadmills! If the only available way of running was to do it outdoors I'd never get off my butt because I'd be too paranoid about people looking at me. yep. hate all the red when you go over. 1200 only puts me at a 0.8lb loss per week, so not loads. I tried it higher at like 1400, and 1500 as well but didn't lose anything then either really
