I got fitted because my feet were hurting me and I tend to pronate. My new shoes are ASICS Gel-Kayano 18. Even on sale they were expensive ($125), but it's worth it to have a comfortable fit. I got a half size larger than I normally wear.

This is great...please count me in. I'm encouraged by two of my MFP friends..ALW65 and 139pilotwife. If possible, could you put us in the same house. OR...maybe separate houses would be good for competition. What do you think? I'll just leave the decision up to you. Great idea...even though I'm not a HP fan. Anything to…

I deleted someone that was consistently starving herself. She said it was the only way she could lose weight. Many people tried to be her friend, but she wouldn't listen to anyone talk about living a healthy lifestyle. I often wondered if she was "for real".

So proud of you. Every time I hear someone say they are running a 5K, I am envious. I used to run and it was such a feeling of acocmplishment. Maybe one day I will do it again. How did you work up to it?

Hate to sound stupid, but how do I find your pictures? Or maybe it is my computer. :-( I too have a real problem with sagging skin under my arms. Actually only one arm is REALLY bad. I really didn't think there was any hope.

I have had problems sleeping for years. I now take 3 mg of melatonin plus B-6, I wear a sleeping mask to keep all the light out, I spray my pillow with lavender and I have white noise in my room. It may sound crazy but the routine works! There is nothing worse than laying awake more than half the night. And there is…

What an awesome thing to do to support your wife!!! And it will help to keep you close, even though the distance is far. Thank you for your service to our country. I hope that the troops will be coming home soon. Stay safe!!!

Try googling Smart Lipo Triplex or Ulthera. I think there are variations of both depending on what you need. There's been alot of success in Europe, but there are many places in the US that are now doing it also. I don't know a lot, but I think the one is a laser that they use that helps to tighten the skin. The other is…

Welcome!! I'm from Kalamazoo, Mi and would love to be support buddies. I have had more success with MFP than I have had with any other attempt to lose weight. Feel free to add me as a friend. Do you need help getting rid of your ladybug? I have a frog!!! Best of luck on your new journey. Patti

I also was a long time WW member. I always had a slow but steady weight loss until the new Points Plus program. I stopped losing weight and I then I stopped making the effort to attend meetings. Why pay out the money each month if I wasn't committed? A friend told me about MFP and I have loved it. It makes losing weight…

I always thought it was a couple of months between the last show and the finale! But regardless, their transformations are amazing!!! I love the show because it's based on the good old fashioned theory of diet and exercise. Hate to see it come to a close, and sure will miss Jillian next year.

I'm with you and I sure understand. I take Arimidex. It brings out the best of menopause. HA!!! Hot flashes, aches and pains, weight gain, insomnia. BUT...all that being said...just glad to be healthy and alive. I will be taking it until September of 2012. I'm a two time survivor...2002 and 2007. How about you?

bump I'm interested in being part of this group! You all sound super supportive of each other. One of you wrote about liquid Glucosamine/Chrondrotin. I'm going to give that a try, because the aches and pains are starting to interfer with my life. I'm 57 and a two time breast cancer survivor. I gained 40# during chemo and…
